Sharingan Photoshop (MADE IN 2009)

I had made this roughly 2 or 3 years ago and never really thought of uploading it until now, and that is only because I need something to publish to fill the void. I've been slow on posting stuff, I know. Classes have been taking up a majority of my time, unfortunately. But, since I have the next week off, I guess now is good a time as any to start some projects, I already have some in mind and have already started working on them.

NOTE: This was made back when I still KIND OF liked Naruto, I haven't watched the series that much because I honestly don't care for it as much as I used to, just wanted to make that clear. I am NOT a Narufag, again, this was made roughly 2 to 3 years back from now, so I did like the show then to an extent.

I'm also very surprised it came out as well as it did, nothing major was even done to make this. It was done out of boredom and it came out better than expected. If I have any more Finished Projects like this laying around, I'll be sure to post them until I actually post NEW stuff.
Also yes, I am the owner of this eyeball.
